NETWORK ADEQUACY SUPERVISOR
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is the backbone of California’s health care safety net. They are seeking a Network Adequacy Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Network Adequacy Monitoring Unit, ensuring compliance with federal Medicaid Managed Care regulations and supervising staff.

Responsibilities
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Network Adequacy Monitoring Unit 3 (NAMU 3)
Conducts oversight and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with federal Medicaid Managed Care (MMC) Regulations
Has primary responsibility for the supervision of the NAMU 3 staff
Qualification
Required
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov. All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position

Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively in writing or verbally
