Director Information Security
Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Information Security to lead their cybersecurity strategy and operations across the enterprise. The role involves overseeing information security governance, risk management, compliance, and operations to ensure the security and resilience of systems, data, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of Lincoln Tech's cybersecurity program from strategy through implementation and continuous improvement
Develop and execute enterprise-wide information security strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
Lead and mentor the information security team, fostering collaboration and professional development
Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices
Design and oversee security controls across network, system, application, and cloud infrastructures
Manage risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation activities
Oversee enterprise security operations and incident response using SIEM, threat intelligence, and analytics
Lead simulation exercises, threat assessments, and penetration testing
Coordinate audits and compliance efforts related to security, privacy, and data protection
Develop enterprise-wide security awareness and training programs
Establish third-party and supply-chain risk management processes
Collaborate across IT disciplines to ensure end-to-end resilience and security alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field required
10+ years of progressive experience in IT and information security
5+ years in a leadership or management role
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA required
Strong technical foundation in network, system, and cloud security
Proven experience implementing security programs across hybrid (on-prem/cloud) infrastructures
Deep understanding of security suites including Defender, Entra ID, Intune, Qualys, and Azure Security Center
Knowledge of risk management frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
Experience with Zero Trust architecture and cloud-native security solutions
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to communicate security issues in business terms
Preferred
Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field preferred
