Responsibilities
Represent clients in cartel investigations, including price-fixing, bid-rigging, market allocation, and monopolization claims
Assist with antitrust litigation, including defending against class actions, transaction challenges, and private litigation
Collaborate with colleagues across corporate and litigation teams to deliver seamless global coverage
Engage with enforcement authorities such as the DOJ Antitrust Division, FTC Bureau of Competition, and international regulators
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted or eligible for admission in CA
3–8 years of relevant experience in antitrust law at an Am Law 100 or 200 firm, DOJ Antitrust Division, or FTC Bureau of Competition
7+ years may qualify for a Special Counsel position
Strong academic credentials
Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills
Ability to manage complex matters and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated interest in antitrust and competition law
Preferred
Prior clerkship experience is a plus
