Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in high-performance cultures (tech, strategy, operations, consulting, banking or related experience); High-growth startup experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
Ability to leverage data to solve problems and identify opportunities
Experience in translating insights into actionable experiments and initiatives
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives
Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and set key business goals
Action-oriented with a bias towards action and driving results
Comfortable operating at both high-level and detailed levels
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
Expert at pulling data and modeling in Excel/Google Sheets
Exceptional relationship-building abilities to influence and motivate people across various functions
