Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance
Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
Create AI Agents leveraging Azure’s Semantic Kernel framework
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ year(s) of experience in .Net, C#, or similar programming languages
3+ years of experience building .Net core applications and Azure\MS SQL scripting, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
3+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
2+ year(s) of experience in SQL databases, Azure, or GCP services and Splunk tools
2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices – Gitlab, Nexus, Harness
2+ year(s) of experience with Agile methodologies
1+ year(s) of experience with AI/ML technologies
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
Experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, especially NLP, classification, and multi-model architecture
Integrating IVR applications into large-scale environments, with cloud API integrations
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and use tools like JIRA or Confluence
Certification in AI, Azure cloud technologies, or Genesys
