Sell personal or commercial Property & Casualty insurance products
Build and manage your own book of business
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Follow up on leads, referrals, and renewal opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting changes, and industry trends
Work closely with service and support staff to deliver an excellent client experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Long‑term career mindset
Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain (we provide guidance and support)
Ability to meet production goals and performance expectations
Preferred
Sales experience is preferred, but we are open to motivated candidates with transferable skills
