Aero Trim Technician
Leading Technology Composites, Inc. is seeking an Aero Trim Technician to support their paint and Linex department. The role involves sanding, grinding, and preparing surfaces for painting, as well as ensuring quality through visual inspections and touch-ups.

Responsibilities
Sanding and grinding for final paint
Use disc grinders, caulking gun, air tools and hand tools
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and or sanding using hand tools and power tools
Apply masking tape and labels over parts and areas that are not to be painted, ensuring precision to avoid overspray
Fiberglass is regularly pepped in this area
Regular lifting 15-30 lbs
Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental laws and company regulations
Ability to follow work instructions to ensure parts are made per customer requirements
Visual inspection of both parts and tools for damage or quality issue
Fill dents and scratches with epoxy resin, ensuring a smooth, flawless surface for painting
Inspect painted surfaces for runs, sags, and unpainted areas, performing touch-ups and corrective actions as necessary
Must be dependable
Other Duties as assigned
Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and good manual dexterity are strongly needed to perform job correctly
