Responsibilities
Lead design for top-of-funnel, onboarding, activation, and subscription flows
Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data to drive measurable growth outcomes
Create and test hypotheses through A/B experiments and rapid iteration
Identify friction across the user journey and design solutions that improve conversion and retention
Produce high-quality flows, UI, prototypes, and contribute to our design system
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS, freemium, or subscription products
Strong portfolio showcasing work in growth, lifecycle, or funnel optimization
Experience with experimentation, analytics tools, and metrics-driven decision making
Excellent interaction design, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous spaces with a test-and-learn mindset
Preferred
Experience in music tech or creator platforms
Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, personalization, and value-prop messaging
