Black Oak Casino Resort is seeking a Slot Service Representative PT to provide high-quality guest service. The role involves monitoring the casino floor, handling transactions, and performing minor machine maintenance to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

Responsibilities

Offers accessibility to all Guests by constantly monitoring all areas of the casino floor
Maintains a sufficient amount of currency in their possession to accommodate reasonable requests for change at any given time
Generates and verifies hand pays
Demonstrates proficiency and accuracy when performing transactions with money and/or filling out required paperwork
Replaces printer paper in the slot machines
Performs minor machine maintenance (bill validator jams, replacing light bulbs, reel tilts, LCD box communication failures), and addresses minor ticket issues
Helps keep areas clean and free of debris
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Cash-handling experienceSlot/casino experienceBasic math proficiencyHigh school diplomaEnglish communication

Required

Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Must have cash-handling experience
Must have ability to pass a basic math test
Must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment for the full duration of shift
Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test
Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license
Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S
Must be able to communicate proficiently in English
Must be physically able to perform all job requirements
Must be able to lift 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance
Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment
Must be able to work in a noisy environment
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events

Previous slot/casino experience is preferred
