Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and emails from prospects and clients, ensuring exceptional service
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Work with internal teams to address inquiries and optimize business processes
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products to confidently respond to client inquiries
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, industry events, social media, cold calls, and more
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to uncover new business opportunities
Focus on identifying key decision-makers within target companies
Conduct personalized outreach through emails, calls, and social media to engage potential leads
Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate long-term relationships
Follow up on inbound marketing leads generated through campaigns
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (B2B preferred)
Familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems
Excellent research and prospecting abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability and patience in dynamic environments
Customer-focused with the ability to engage diverse personalities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Communications, or a related field
