Prepare and file patent-related documents, including USPTO electronic filings
Track U.S. and foreign patent deadlines and maintain case files
Draft Information Disclosure Statements and client correspondence
Conduct patent and technical research using online databases
Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys
Qualification
Required
2+ years of law firm or corporate legal experience; IP background preferred
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and patent processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Word; 50+ wpm typing
Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
Strong communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
