Responsibilities

Provides operational support to Investment Advisor Services and Fund Custody relationship management staff
Managing closing requests
Various other related administrative support functions
Cash disbursements
Delivery of assets
Account valuations
Documentation review
Maintaining account coding
Ensures that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies
Ensures that customers receive quality service for all operational activities supported
Adheres to corporate policies and procedures and complies with applicable laws and regulations

Required

Three years or more of related experience
Dependable and punctual with a good work ethic

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel
