Perform policy related functions and activities, such as legislative, regulatory and policy analysis, development, implementation and evaluation
Analyze legislation, draft regulatory language and evaluate programmatic impacts
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt, evaluate, and be part of a changing organizational structure
Ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing
Experience in gathering information from multiple sources and providing a written analysis
Ability to effectively apply logic and creativity in analyzing complex issues and recommending solutions
Experience in balancing multiple priorities and meeting timelines/due dates
Completion of employment history on the application form (STD 678)
Submission of a Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire along with the application
Preferred
Knowledge of CCLD licensing laws, regulations and procedures
Knowledge of background check case management system
Knowledge of Licensing Information System (LIS)
Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common software programs
