Responsibilities

Design and execute performance, load, and stress testing for SAP BRIM/FICA applications, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and FICA modules
Develop detailed test strategies, performance test plans, and test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify performance bottlenecks across application, middleware, and database layers
Analyze performance results, identify root causes, and recommend tuning solutions for ABAP, middleware (PI/PO, CPI), or HANA database performance issues
Simulate large billing and payment scenarios to validate throughput and transaction latency under production-like data loads
Work closely with developers to optimize custom code, batch jobs, and RFC performance
Maintain test data, environment readiness, and test automation for repeatable performance cycles
Document test results, provide detailed performance reports, and support go-live readiness assessments
Participate in defect triage meetings and performance war rooms for critical system stabilization phases

Required
