This role involves designing and developing software applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring team members to ensure project success.

Responsibilities
A Team Lead motivates, inspires, and facilitates problem solving
Explains the needs of the client and keeps the team updated on client requirements
Coordinates various activities and roles played by different team members
Plans agenda and schedules meetings
Works with the architects group to gather/reconfirm all technical requirements to ensure a competent and deliverable solution is designed
Analyzes and evaluates present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs
Responsible for collaborating with the Business and Systems Analyst to resolve gaps between the business requirements and design specifications
Troubleshoots and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration
Translates solution designs into a technical design and implementation
Creates release and roll-out and roll-back procedures
Develops high-level and detailed solution design and implementation documentation
Creates other technical deliverable artifacts needed for project implementation
Mentors the project team with client communication, interpersonal communication, technical practices, etc
Works with development team to troubleshoot development environment, production environment, performance tune and optimize code
Participates in the interview process for development team
Takes escalations and ensure SLA’s are achieved
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related disciplines or equivalent work experience required
3-4 years' experience leading software development teams
Minimum of two years leading a software development team of two or more people
Self-motivated and able to multi-task
Demonstrated experience being adaptable and willing to work on varying assignments
Knowledge and experience in one (or more) of the following: Frontend Web Framework (React, Angular), C# or Go, API Integrations (REST, JSON), Database Systems (SQL/No-SQL), Git Source Code Control
Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported
