Responsibilities
Lead the design, build, deployment, and periodic maintenance of AI solutions. - (30%)
Build strong relationships with internal business partners to drive the delivery of enterprise solutions. - (20%)
Establishing and executing the framework for engaging enterprise partners to plan new AI solutions. - (15%)
Assisting with documentation, compliance, model governance, and maintenance of AI solutions. - (15%)
Research advanced modeling and AI techniques to improve predictive modeling and maintain business acumen in relevant industries. - (10%)
Training and mentoring to junior Data Scientists. Lead projects as needed or required - (10%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Economics
8+ years experience in building sophisticated models using machine learning, segmentation, time series, and other advanced analytics methodologies
Preferred
Master's Degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields
Advanced machine learning modeling and/or technical expertise in developing market differentiation data science products
Experience in bank card/credit card business, consulting, retail, marketing, loyalty, and/or financial services

Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
