Responsibilities
Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
Coordinating and communicates across different organizational levels. Orchestrates both intra-office and inter-office cooperation for task accomplishments within the organization
Collaborating with partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
Partnering with stakeholders and customers across the organization to address the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen
Must complete a Background Investigation and Fingerprint check
Males 18 and over must be registered with the Selective Service
You may be subject to serve a one-year probationary period
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-13 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: Experience with coordinating multiple projects and/or communications initiatives at once
Experience developing and maintaining project plans, project schedules, and/or project task lists to keep projects on track
Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple stakeholders across different teams to get deliverables/content approved and complete project tasks
Skilled in being a proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Knowledge of project management methods and concepts
Knowledge of agile principles, knowledge of development strategies, advanced marketing and business practices
Ability to use excellent communication skills to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment combined with a high degree or organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
