Senior Compensation Analyst - Dallas, TX
Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who provides analytical and administrative support for compensation policies and programs. The role involves preparing compensation recommendations, maintaining data, and analyzing competitive pay posture to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Responsibilities
Provide Executive compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions and off-cycle adjustments
Assist with Annual Compensation processes such as Pay Planning which consists of merit, bonus and Long-term Incentive in dynamic hands-on planning software
Market price and analyze positions and incumbents with respect to pay grade
Complete market pricing survey submissions
Perform competitive market reviews to ensure positions and incumbents are market competitive
Incentive design, audits and administration
Audit and maintain employee data, job tables, salary structures, task logs
Special Projects from leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Proactive problem solving
Strong, advanced MS Excel skills
3-7 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, Analytics or related field
Strong spreadsheet skills for large data sets
Analytics experience
