Responsibilities
Write briefing materials for internal and external meetings and events
Develop meeting agendas
Update weekly reports
Facilitate vetting processes for donors and surrogates
Manage regional donor databases and lists
Assist with regional call-time
Travel and staff surrogates at DNC meetings and events as needed
Support the Midwest Finance Director and Midwest Finance Deputy Director with administrative and writing tasks
Coordinate with internal DNC departments on behalf of the regional team
Assist with donor prospecting, outreach, and maintenance as appropriate
Other duties as assigned to support the department and the DNC's mission
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
Detail oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects
Strong time management skills
A proactive attitude and ability to plan ahead
Preferred
Previous committee, government, nonprofit, or campaign experience is highly preferred
Previous experience using NGP is highly preferred
