Fintech Relationship Manager
Focus Bank is seeking a qualified professional to join their Ratoon Fintech Banking team as a Fintech Relationship Manager. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure professional support for fintech sponsorship programs and managing relationships with sponsored programs.

Responsibilities
Communicate and collaborate frequently with the Chief Fintech Banking Officer, Fintech Operations Director, and other members of bank leadership to ensure timely responses and efficient management of ongoing projects
Build and maintain relationships with employees from the Bank’s sponsored programs
Facilitate meetings with sponsored programs to ensure satisfactory support, maintain open lines of communication, and deepen relationships with fintech partners
Assist in evaluation of prospective programs and facilitate the onboarding review process
Monitor regular reporting and facilitate completion of periodic reviews and testing by acting as the primary liaison between sponsored programs and internal resources
Evaluate regular reporting and identify unusual trends or nuances and escalate appropriately to Ratoon leadership
Collaborate across departments to recruit resources and responses necessary to provide exceptional support and timely progress for sponsored programs
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Facilitate completion of requests from sponsored programs to ensure timely delivery of Bank feedback
Monitor contract provisions and ensure adherence by both the Bank and sponsored program
Monitor bank and relationship performance against service level agreements
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of ongoing risk assessment processes and documentation, including facilitation of meetings with Ratoon leadership and sponsored programs to discuss areas of elevated risk
Demonstrate progressing understanding and application of industry trends, regulatory environment and requirements, and risk monitoring practices related to credit card and loan product issuing
Additional duties and responsibilities as identified by the Chief Fintech Banking Officer
Periodic travel may be required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in a related field required
Strong ability to analyze data and documentation, identify patterns and trends, and assess risks
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external resources across multiple levels of the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects effectively
Ability to appropriately manage time and priorities by communicating needs and challenges to senior management
Strong ability to present critical information in a clear, concise manner in a group setting
Strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Preferred
3-5 years of Banking, Business, Finance or related experience preferred
Background in relationship management, project management, lending, and/or credit card programs is beneficial, but not required
