Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Clinical Service Representative II to support the TEAMS Program and manage clinical operations for the undergraduate dental program. Responsibilities

Support TEAMS Program and manage clinical operations for undergraduate dental program
Advise and manage student dentists regarding clinic schedules and patient accounts
Schedule clinic chairs effectively to provide timely patient care
Act as liaison between students and faculty regarding patient treatment and progress
Track patient financial accounts throughout the student dentist's two-year period
Facilitate transfer of patients between team members and maintain communication records
Generate financial reports regarding patient accounts and assist with insurance changes
Distribute and process surveys related to patients, students, and faculty
Proctor Clinical Examinations and participate in Quality Assurance processes

Required

High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant office experience
Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience

Preferred

Two years of dental clinic experience
Multi-practitioner Dental Practice scheduling experience
Proficient with a multi-line phone system and have communication skills to answer multiple questions
Experience handling general office equipment to include, facsimile machine, computer, copier, calculator
Skills operating a computer, and be proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
