Responsibilities

Be the first friendly voice clients see and hear — answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients in person

Manage and maintain multiple calendars via Salesforce CRM; set up client appointments and confirm appointments in a timely manner

Maintain client profiles, document interactions, execute proper follow up

Resolve client questions, complete transactions, money movements, and routine client account maintenance

Handle all incoming and outgoing US Mail and help keep us compliant with company standards

Help with general administrator tasks across the team

Support our marketing and client‑appreciation efforts — gifts, events, birthdays, etc

Keep the office stocked and running smoothly

Stay on top of compliance requirements and uphold high professional standards

Qualification

Required

An associate degree (or higher), or 1–2 years of relevant experience

Attention to detail and organization with a strong sense of accountability

Confident, polished, and articulate with polite and clear communication skills

Someone who is personable and would enjoy building relationships with the families we serve
