Quartz Customer Support Representative

Wren Kitchens is a family-run business and the UK’s leading kitchen retailer, now expanding its operations in the U.S. The Quartz Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by managing quartz-related inquiries, orders, and issues while ensuring high-quality service aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quartz countertops, including orders, timelines, and post-installation concerns
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and internal system communications professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with suppliers, templators, installers, and internal departments to resolve quartz-related issues
Accurately review orders, measurements, and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with specifications
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, including defects, damages, delays, or installation issues, in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate records within internal systems and CRM platforms
Work closely with sales, installations, and customer care teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Escalate complex or high-risk issues to leadership when appropriate, providing clear documentation and recommendations
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements

Required

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support (manufacturing or home improvement experience preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and calmly
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work a full-time schedule during standard business hours
Comfortable handling customer issues that may be time-sensitive or escalated
Willingness to collaborate across departments to meet service goals

Preferred

Experience with stone, quartz, countertops, or construction-related products is a plus but not required
