Designer Advisor
FedEx is seeking a Designer Advisor to lead the design of intuitive and engaging customer and user experience designs for digital products and services. This role involves collaborating with researchers and other stakeholders to enhance user experience based on user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities
Work closely with customer/user experience researchers to support user research and usability testing
Collaborate with other designers, customers, product managers, to identify solutions that improve the user experience
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in user experience, visual, interaction or graphic design or related field
Five (5) years experience in digital customer/user experience or interaction design
Demonstrated experience with design, wireframe and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Invision, or Axure
Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills
Preferred
Design strategy/roadmap
Journey mapping
Research and experimentation
Business process design as well as UI/UX design
Digital Product Management
Customer Care products and services including AI applications
