Responsibilities

Own interview scheduling and rescheduling across time zones and teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth flow day-of (rooms, links, AV checks)

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, sharing clear logistics, answering questions, and upholding Duolingo’s brand throughout the process

Host interviews and candidate visits in our Pittsburgh office, by greeting candidates, giving tours, and helping them feel at ease throughout their visit

Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs, and interviewers to align on plans, resolve conflicts, and keep stakeholders informed

Maintain system hygiene in our ATS and scheduling tools; update candidate statuses and templates with high precision

Help identify small process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate care across coordination workflows

Provide coverage and flexibility for Talent Acquisition Coordination and Operations teammates during PTO, leave(s), or spikes in demand as determined by the Talent Acquisition Operations team
