Responsibilities
Provide architectural expertise, analysis, and recommendations within project schedules and budgets
Manage teams of architects, designers, and specialists of varying sizes
Develop creative and cohesive design solutions for complex challenges
Contribute to all phases of project documentation, including construction documents, specifications, and administration
Resolve technical and interdisciplinary issues within established budgets
Mentor junior staff and work independently to achieve project goals
Create detailed designs and edit specifications
Adapt and refine design features under the guidance of Project Managers to meet specifications
Coordinate with other disciplines during design and construction phases
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in architecture or related + 6 years of demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Due to the nature of this work, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen
Registered Architect
Preferred
8+ years of work experience
Past experience with DoD projects
