Responsibilities

Operate office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance
Perform mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking
Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating)
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalate issues
Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed
Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions
Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks

Required
