Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for new HMI features and physical interaction points
Design, develop, and implement HMI solutions that support end-to-end user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints
Collaborate with digital experience teams to ensure cohesive, integrated user experiences
Support existing HMI and physical interfaces, enhancing usability and performance
Facilitate design thinking workshops to align physical and digital experience strategies
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of creative approaches and techniques for designing innovative physical and HMI experiences
Ability to analyze user journey data and make informed design decisions for physical and HMI experiences
Knowledge of HMI technologies and integration with digital platforms
Ability to design physical and HMI experiences that meet real user needs
Knowledge of mapping and optimizing end-to-end user journeys across physical and digital touchpoints
Ability to design intuitive, ergonomic, and visually effective HMI interfaces
