Required

10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET, Azure, and SQL Server
Professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams
Extensive experience with Azure Cloud Services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, etc.) and developing cloud-native applications
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning
Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, and other .NET technologies
Expertise in any UI Framework Angular or React Js and Kendo Telerik controls
Familiarity with architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
