The role involves resolving hardware, peripheral, and basic network issues while coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for laptops and desktops (hardware troubleshooting, setup, replacement)
Support office peripherals including printers, scanners, and meeting room AV devices
Perform basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting and coordinate with ISPs or OEMs as needed
Manage vendor and third-party interactions requiring physical presence
Assist users with IT-related issues and ensure timely resolution
Maintain basic documentation of issues and resolutions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in onsite or desktop IT support
Strong knowledge of end-user hardware and peripherals
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
