Zapium is an AI and IoT powered maintenance software suite company looking for a Founding SDR to drive outbound prospecting and build targeted lead lists. The role involves executing outreach strategies, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery meetings with key stakeholders in the maintenance and facility management sectors.

Responsibilities
Research ICP accounts and build lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, and industry sources
Execute outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls if required) and personalize messaging
Qualify prospects based on pain points, urgency, and fit
Book discovery meetings for the CEO or Account Executives
Maintain CRM updates and weekly reporting
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS (industrial tech is a plus)
Strong outbound hunter mindset and ability to book meetings consistently
Excellent written communication for cold outreach
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
