Wage & Hour Employment Law Attorney (plaintiff side)
DRV Staffing is recruiting for a prestigious plaintiff-side employment law firm that specializes in wage and hour class actions. The firm offers attorneys the opportunity to handle real litigation cases while maintaining a strong work-life balance and a merit-based path to partnership.
Responsibilities
Handle 40–50 cases at a time, mostly wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee-side litigation
Run real cases and develop real skills
Utilize modern technology including custom CRM systems and sustainable Ai solutions
Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level attorneys
Collaborate with shared paralegal support
Engage in drafting, arguing, and running cases in both state and federal court
Qualification
Required
Experience in wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, and employee-side litigation
Ability to handle 40–50 cases at a time
Strong academic background (around a 3.4 GPA for 1st years)
Real litigation experience, including drafting, arguing, and running cases in both state and federal court
Willingness to transition from defense to plaintiff work
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, including shared paralegal support
Desire to help employees and focus on wage theft
Strong mentorship from partners and senior litigators
Merit-based growth potential within the firm
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (2–3 days WFH)
