Responsibilities
Reviews and implements lesson content and instructional activities as provided by Teachers of Record (TORs) to improve students’ content knowledge, mastery of skills and to increase overall content knowledge
Engages in best practices to deliver content – specific lessons and instruction to students by means of established distance learning instructional delivery platform, where applicable
Establishes clear communication with students, TORs, and all personnel within the distance learning and site instructional delivery platform
Demonstrates technology proficiency in using district-endorsed instructional applications, web-based platforms, and learning management systems
Displays professionalism and leadership by following established school, agency, state and federal policies and procedures
Performs other related job duties as required
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and experience in education, childcare, or general administration
Ability to maintain discipline in a group situation
Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral and written form
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, students and public
Prefer someone with experience working with computers
Preferred
Knowledge of PowerSchool preferred
An associate's degree
