Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support assigned Epic module(s)

Gather and translate business and clinical requirements into system solutions

Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions

Test system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality

Support end users through training, documentation, and issue resolution

Participate in Epic upgrades, optimizations, and ongoing system improvements

Ensure system changes align with organizational workflows and best practices
