Responsibilities

Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for intelligence operational, functional and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) capabilities development to Requirements Determination Directorate (RDD) at Fort Huachuca, Arizona
Support includes: determine required capabilities; specify risks; provide cost-benefit; perform Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF) analysis, identify gaps and develop solutions, and integrate capabilities across all warfighting functions; conduct studies and analysis; develop and integrate operational architectures; provide science and technology analysis; optimize force designs; and provide capability analysis and management
Manages the development and revision of intelligence warfighting function (IWfF) capabilities through the Army Futures Command’s (AFC) processes
Analyze approved or mature Army concepts and requirements documents that help identify the intelligence capabilities the Army requires and support all Army warfighting function (WfF) capabilities development analysis work that has intelligence requirements
Support the Government with developing and processing requirements documentation, such as Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) and the DOTMLPF Change Requirements (DCR), and support the formation-based assessment process in accordance with TRADOC regulation 71-20
Support war-gaming scenarios and vignettes; identify current/programmed capabilities to perform tasks; identify capability gaps; record issues and potential gaps; assist the Government in prioritizing gaps; identify preliminary DOTMLPF solutions; and assist the Government in conducting operational risk assessment and cost-benefit analysis (C-BAs)
Coordinate, integrate, and synchronize input from multiple sources within the organization to ensure that products are current, factually accurate, and professionally written

Required

A current DoD Top Secret security clearance
A minimum of 4 years of intelligence research analysis and production experience
Strong research and writing skills

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant area of study
Prior U.S. active duty military experience
Experience developing comprehensive requirements documents for RDD, JCIDS and TRADOC functions
