Program Coordinator
EO is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator in the Workforce Innovation department. In this role, you will provide hands-on career learning experiences for youth, ensuring engaging learning experiences in Career Commons by interacting with co-workers, school representatives, and students.

Responsibilities
Have a clear understanding of all the partners in the Career Commons and understand the learning activities in their booth
Lead booth activities with students to facilitate learning and career exploration
Understand the EO student engagement strategy for all education and emerging workforce programing
Work with the entire Workforce Innovation team to prioritize and balance the needs of educators, employers, and volunteers, to provide excellent learning experiences for students
Understand and abide by the Career Commons and EO standards of operation to support educational partners and students visiting Career Commons
Collect data and testimonials from educators/students during visits to Career Commons to enhance student experiences and support reporting on program impact and outcome reporting
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
Ability to listen carefully and interpret what is being asked/said by students and teachers
Experience handling multiple assignments at the same time
Ability to work independently to complete the project/task
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Ability to establish excellent rapport with co-workers, students, teachers, and volunteers
Exhibit a professional manner and appearance
Ability to have positive interactions with educators, students and parents
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High energy, outgoing personality and approachable positive attitude
Preferred
Experience working in a government, educational, nonprofit, or social service organization preferred
2 - 5 years' experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
