Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Execute growth marketing programs with a clear objective of sourcing net-new deals through a balanced mix of inbound and outbound campaigns
Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and content syndication to drive qualified interest and pipeline
Build, segment, and manage outbound prospecting campaigns in HubSpot, nurturing leads until sales engagement is warranted
Develop and optimize lead nurture workflows to re-engage inbound leads and dormant contacts
Plan, promote, execute, and follow up on webinars as a core demand generation channel
Own campaign and program reporting in HubSpot, tracking performance from lead engagement through sourced opportunities
Use performance data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, channels, and campaign strategy in support of revenue goals
Provide support to Sales- or partner-led initiatives when aligned with active demand generation programs, including light campaign air cover or coordination as needed

Required

Approximately 5 years of experience, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end growth marketing programs
Hands-on experience executing campaigns across: Paid media (LinkedIn, Google, content syndication networks), Marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred), Webinars and digital events, Defined target account lists
Comfort generating campaign content and messaging independently, using AI and automation tools to accelerate research, writing, testing, and iteration
Strong understanding of inbound and outbound motion and how marketing supports early pipeline development
Experience building workflows, outreach sequences, lists, and reports independently
Comfort working in an evolving environment where the ideal client profile, messaging, and programs continue to mature
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally
Self-directed, organized, and accountable for outcomes

Preferred

Experience in B2B technology, IoT, or complex enterprise sales environments strongly preferred
