HR Director
CONMED Corporation is seeking a bold and strategic HR leader to join their HR team. This role will be responsible for leading HR strategy across the Operations business unit, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and change management.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture shaping
Lead succession planning, emerging leader development, and capability building across all levels of the organization
Champion initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and alignment with company values
Drive and manage organizational change to support business transformation and scaling efforts
Provide guidance on complex employee relations, performance coaching, and talent decisions with clarity and confidence
Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and communicated effectively across teams
Identify and integrate HR best practices across functions and business units to strengthen our organizational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally within the medical device or life sciences sector
Proven success partnering with business leaders in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Strong background in employee relations, talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness
Experience influencing senior leadership and contributing to business strategy
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
