The role involves acting as a consultant for internal clients, delivering complex projects, and facilitating design thinking workshops to solve problems and improve team health.

Responsibilities
Supporting the team’s intake process by identifying client needs and desired outcomes through active listening and deep knowledge of design thinking strategy
Scoping work appropriately toward tangible outcomes on an accelerated timeline
Identifying the most effective design strategy services and thoughtfully communicating those recommendations to clients, bringing clarity and confidence to complexity
Delivering strategy services, including Design Thinking workshop planning and facilitation, user research, stakeholder management, general consulting, and action planning
Facilitating teams through the human-centered design process, including stakeholder management, problem framing, value definition, user research, opportunity prioritization, assumption mapping, light prototyping, and storytelling
Partnering with Design, Agile, and Change Management within the larger Enterprise Innovation Consulting Services team to implement effort outcomes
Formalizing and communicating outcomes through meaningful storytelling and stakeholder management
Innovating ways for our team to improve operational excellence and scale a human-centered culture throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of design thinking strategy
Ability to identify client needs and desired outcomes through active listening
Experience in scoping work toward tangible outcomes on an accelerated timeline
Ability to identify effective design strategy services and communicate recommendations to clients
Experience in delivering strategy services, including Design Thinking workshop planning and facilitation, user research, stakeholder management, general consulting, and action planning
Experience in facilitating teams through the human-centered design process
Ability to partner with Design, Agile, and Change Management teams
Experience in formalizing and communicating outcomes through storytelling and stakeholder management
Ability to innovate ways to improve operational excellence and scale a human-centered culture
