Project Management Intern

Abogar International Ministries is seeking a motivated Project Manager Intern to support small-scale ministry projects that empower vulnerable children and youth across Latin America. This is a part-time, remote internship ideal for students or emerging leaders seeking hands-on experience in nonprofit work and project planning.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Assist in planning project goals, tasks, and timelines
Coordinate communication between team members, volunteers, and partners
Keep documents, schedules, and progress trackers updated
Maintain key communication to keep all parties updated on pending projects and needs
Support weekly virtual meetings and project check-ins
Attend at least one Planning Session a month
Contribute to Abogar’s ministry efforts and represent our mission with integrity
Know and support the mission, vision, and three-fold focus of Abogar
Biweekly update reports given to CEO

Qualification

Required

Passion for Abogar's mission and serving vulnerable children and youth
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Maintains integrity and reflects Christ in their daily professionalism
Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Drive, email, etc.)
Eager to learn and grow in nonprofit and ministry work
