Chief Revenue Officer
FinPro is a high-growth, niche InsurTech business seeking its first Chief Revenue Officer to lead the Go-To-Market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. This role involves defining and executing a scalable revenue strategy while developing an existing team and collaborating with the CEO and Board on growth planning and commercial decision-making.
Responsibilities
Lead the entire GTM function across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
Define and execute a scalable revenue strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets
Ensure strong alignment between product, marketing, and sales
Lead, develop, and elevate an existing team of strong performers
Work closely with the CEO and Board on growth planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
Professionalise pipeline management and forecasting
Improve go-to-market discipline
Help position the business for its next stage of growth, including potential future funding or exit activity
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading revenue in a B2B SaaS or InsurTech environment
Strong understanding of selling into insurance markets, including carriers, MGAs, brokers, specialty insurers, or adjacent ecosystems
Experience scaling revenue in a growth-stage business
Building repeatable GTM motions in regulated, conservative markets
Background spanning both Sales and Marketing leadership
Ability to lead, coach, and raise the bar for an established commercial team
Data-driven mindset
Strong commercial judgement
Credibility with senior insurance buyers
