They are seeking a Light Assembly / Brazing Technician to use hands-on skills to assemble precision parts for commercial, military, and space applications, ensuring quality and safety in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare parts for brazing by cleaning, masking, fixturing, assembling, and applying braze alloy or paste
Apply braze material with precision using syringes, brushes, screens, templates, or automated dispensing tools
Read and follow work instructions, sketches, process specifications, and quality standards
Perform set-up and inspection to ensure proper placement of braze alloy and joint fit-up
Work closely with furnace operators and quality inspectors to ensure successful brazing cycles
Verify joint cleanliness, gap tolerances, and alloy distribution
Maintain accurate production documentation per quality system requirement
Keep workstation clean and organized while following 5S and safety protocols
Identify nonconforming conditions and communicate issues promptly
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Strong attention to detail and ability to routinely work with small, precision components
Preferred
Experience in brazing, welding, soldering, metal joining, or precision assembly is a plus, but not required. On the job training will be provided
