Enhance and execute the training and development needs of the Sales Organization
Create new training content and programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training content and programs
Collaborate with Regional Business Leaders, Product Line Leaders, Matrix Leaders, and Service Leaders
Improve upon training initiatives and materials to ensure robust training curriculum
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of sales, training & presentation experience
Preferred
Business-to business, industrial and/or outside sales experience
