Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, agency systems, and carrier platforms
Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Professional verbal and written communication
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of hire
