They are seeking a dependable and highly organized Yard, Shop & Delivery Manager to oversee daily operations of their construction yard, manage material deliveries, and coordinate logistics between suppliers and job sites.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the construction yard

Schedule, coordinate, and track deliveries and pickups to job sites

Supervise yard personnel and delivery drivers

Maintain accurate inventory of materials, tools, and equipment

Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and vendors

Ensure safe loading, unloading, and storage of materials

Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized yard

Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality

Oversee vehicle, trailer, and equipment readiness and maintenance

Resolve delivery issues, shortages, or scheduling conflicts

Maintain delivery logs, inventory records, and basic reporting
