Responsibilities

Supporting product design, development, and testing of medical devices, such as the MiniBox+
Performing troubleshooting
Quality assurance testing
On-site installation/training for the MiniBox+
Providing excellent customer service
Conducting routine maintenance on the MiniBox+ systems

Qualification

Biomedical EngineeringTroubleshootingCustomer ServiceField Service ExperienceAttention to Detail

Required

Experience in maintenance and repair of medical devices is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
Field service experience is a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical field preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
