Source & present qualified candidates

Conduct phone screens, personal interviews and reference checks

Achieve weekly recruitment metrics

Maintain applicant records & update information on a regular basis

Document interviews and job offers

Maintain job openings on corporate website and industry job boards

Design candidate correspondence letters / e-mails

Must be familiar with employment practices

Ability to travel to local events and company outings nationally
