Responsibilities
Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow-NowAssist platform
Configure agents, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and ITOM as needed
Develop and maintain NowAssist ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions
Provide support and training to users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
Experience in building custom NowAssist Agents
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
