Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers
Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across research, analytics, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities
Architect and build scalable AI/ML systems from prototyping to production
Design and maintain AI/ML infrastructure, including feature stores, deployment pipelines, and monitoring systems
Establish best practices for model development, evaluation, and lifecycle management
Apply emerging AI/ML techniques to real-world business problems
Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of team members

Required

Deep expertise in AI/ML, including LLMs, deep learning, and reinforcement learning
Strong computer science fundamentals
Advanced proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (e.g., Java, C++, C#)
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Hands-on experience with LLM workflows such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, PEFT, and retrieval-augmented generation
Proven experience deploying and scaling machine learning models in production
Strong background in MLOps and production ML infrastructure
3+ years of experience leading AI/ML engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and develop high-performing teams
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with people and project leadership
