Responsibilities
Produce and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reporting for internal stakeholders, including investment teams, reporting groups, and legal and compliance partners
Support traders by ensuring all trading activity is accurately and timely captured within internal systems supporting ISSM products
Partner with the trade closing team to coordinate and facilitate loan settlements
Act as a liaison between traders, counterparties, agent banks, and internal teams to resolve trade and settlement issues
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across systems and reports
Perform data mining and analysis using internal and external data sources to support bank loan clients
Collaborate effectively within the team to provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills
Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly and effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Self-motivated with strong follow-through on assignments
Open-minded, flexible, and receptive to feedback
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience with bonds, loans, and settlement processes preferred
Understanding of the loan market (LMA) and fund operations preferred
Experience in reporting, product oversight, or operations roles is a plus
Experience within the investment management industry is a plus
Working knowledge of S&P Wall Street Office and/or Allvue Everest is a plus
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
